FAQ
Common questions.
Does Rosiflow replace our EHR?+
No. Rosiflow sits upstream of the EHR. We restructure intake into clean, structured records — and write back to your system of record.
Is patient data used to train shared AI models?+
No. PHI is never used to train shared models. Every AI surface is grounded in the tenant's own records.
How fast is deployment?+
Most single-clinic deployments go live in under two weeks. Multi-clinic rollouts run on a custom schedule.
Do you sign BAAs?+
Yes — on every paid tier. Our standard BAA is available before contract signing.
Where is data stored?+
US region by default. Other regions may be considered for specific pilot engagements — talk to the pilot team.
