1. Acceptance
By accessing rosiflow.com or any Rosiflow service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with the documentation and your customer agreement. You may not reverse engineer the service, attempt to circumvent security controls, or use it to transmit malicious code.
3. Customer data
As between you and Rosiflow, you retain all rights to data you submit. Rosiflow processes customer data solely to provide the service and as further described in the BAA and Data Processing Addendum.
4. Service levels
Service levels, support response times, and credits are described in your customer order form. The marketing site is provided "as is."
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses to protect its own, and no less than reasonable care.
6. Disclaimers
Rosiflow does not provide medical advice. Outputs from the service are decision-support tools intended for use by qualified clinicians; they do not replace clinical judgment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosiflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped per the customer order form.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers in advance.
